"Starbucks T1 really saved my life before the flight to Bangkok. The baristas were moving at lightning speed even with the massive queue—major respect. My drink was 10/10 and exactly what I needed to power through the boarding process. Pro-tip: If you find a seat by the window, the plane-spotting is actually a vibe. Best way to start the trip! "

This branch is behind the customs and not far from the customs since terminal 1 is pretty small. The air conditioner for it is not strong and hot when it’s crowded. I order the hot latte and vegetarian frittata for my breakfast so that I can be ready for my morning flights. They are as good as it is. Since it is one of the busiest and good business in the terminal, maybe should not expect too much on their services.

Been here 3 times this year, mostly a hit with the food and how the service flows. Everything is restocked well which is always a challenge for an airport store. The one star I am removing for lacking the usual warmth of receiving and serving that is expected from a Starbucks store. There were several ocassions where an opportunity to connect was missed and they were not even busy. Overall the best store in this miserable airport terminal.

Starbucks at NAIA offers the familiar comfort and consistency that travelers worldwide rely on. You know what to expect – the same menu, coffee quality, and service standards as any other Starbucks globally. This can be a huge comfort for weary travelers. Being an airport, especially NAIA, Starbucks can get very crowded, leading to long lines and potentially slow service during peak hours, but it is worth waiting.

Very efficient baristas. The line may have been long but they got the job done quickly. Only rant: the carpet needs cleaning but that might be the job of the NAIA T1 cleaning crew.

Service great and drinks were good. However, there was no where to sit in their area. They have a great selection of cups and tumblers with the names of destinations across the Philippines
